Xpecialify does not sell lightsabers, so we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. There is no cart and no checkout on this site.
Where to Take a Return or Refund
When you buy through a link on this site, your purchase is with a third-party retailer. Returns, refunds, warranties, and order problems are handled by that retailer, under their policies and their return window — not by us.
If you need to return a product or claim a refund:
- Go back to the confirmation email from the retailer you bought from, or log into your account on their site.
- Use that retailer’s returns process. Most saber retailers publish their own return window and warranty terms on their site.
- If the retailer is unresponsive, your payment provider or credit card issuer can usually help with a dispute.
We cannot look up your order, approve a return, or process a refund, because we never took your order in the first place.
Wrong or Out-of-Date Information
If a guide on this site sent you to a product that was misdescribed — wrong specification, discontinued model, misleading photo — that is our error, and we want to hear about it. Email [email protected] with the guide URL and what you found wrong. We will correct the article, and where we can point you somewhere better, we will.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If a lightsaber arrives defective or is damaged in transit, that is between you and the retailer you bought it from. Their warranty and returns policy governs it. We cannot intervene in a transaction we are not part of.
Read Before You Buy
Our guides are written to help you choose well the first time. Where a product has a known weak point — a soundboard that fails, a blade that cracks under heavy dueling, a build that is not suited to what you want to do with it — we say so in the guide, and we would rather talk you out of the wrong purchase than leave it out. Our Editorial Policy explains how we research and what we do not claim.
