What electronics options do you offer?

We offer three tiers on most sabers: S-RGB (Baselit) — 12W LED in the hilt, most durable for dueling, longest battery. SNV4 Pro (Neopixel) — LED strip in blade, scrolling ignition, Bluetooth app control, 27+ sound fonts. This is what most customers pick. Proffie V2.2 (Neopixel) — same blade as SNV4 Pro, but with an open-source soundboard for unlimited customization via USB programming.

Can I duel with these sabers?

S-RGB (Baselit) models handle heavy full-contact dueling — hollow polycarbonate blade, nothing inside to break. SNV4 Pro and Proffie (Neopixel) handle light to medium sparring and choreography. For heavy dueling, we recommend our ECO Sabers or any Saber Replica ordered in S-RGB.

Do your double-bladed sabers come apart?

Yes. Every double-bladed saber we sell unscrews at the coupler into two fully functional single sabers. You get staff mode and dual-wield mode from one purchase.

What blade length should I get?

32 inches for most adults — lighter, faster, better for indoor use and spinning. 36 inches for taller users and screen-accurate display. Contact us if you are unsure which length fits your needs.

How long does shipping take?

Orders process within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days depending on your destination. We ship worldwide from our Shenzhen warehouse. Free shipping on orders over 00.

What is your warranty policy?

30-day warranty on hilt and electronics for manufacturing defects. Blades are consumable items — if you crack one dueling, replacement blades are available for purchase. Contact support@xpecialify.com with photos of any issue.

What comes in the box?

Every saber includes the aluminum hilt, polycarbonate blade, USB-C charging cable, hex key with retention screws, and manual. Most models also include a display stand, blade plugs, and a hard carrying case. Check individual product pages for exact inclusions.

Can I change the blade color and sound effects?

Yes — on every saber we sell. S-RGB models cycle colors with button combinations. SNV4 Pro adds Bluetooth app control (ForcePark, iOS/Android). Proffie V2.2 allows full custom blade style programming via USB.

Do you offer returns?

30-day return window for manufacturing defects. Contact support@xpecialify.com to initiate a return. Blades damaged during dueling are not covered under warranty.
